As of now level-up is only promoting the new website for the game but no details as to when, and how they will release the new update.
Being the nosy guy that I am, I'm not comfortable just knowing that there would be a release, so I researched, surfed some more...

Thanksgiving event (korean thanksgiving is in February, which means this is not for us)

Back to school event (korean schools start the year during february ~ beginning of march depends on schools, This event is also not meant for us)
